This course provides a complete grounding in the theory and practice of research. If you love research and if you wish a career as a researcher in the social sciences, this is the course for you.

The course has modules in the theory of doing research (30 ECTS) and a dissertation on a topic of your choice (60 credits). You will be encouraged to present your work at psychology conferences.

This is a part-time evening course and spans over two to three years. Applicants to this course must hold a degree in psychology (Second Upper). On successful completion of this course you can seek employment as a researcher at University of Malta or other research institutions or you may want to further your studies are read for a PhD.
